My stay at the hotel was absolutely lovely. The rooms were clean and modern, offering spectacular views. They weren't spotless but were definitely acceptable. The service was friendly and accommodating, although there were some issues with understanding due to language barriers. The location was excellent, situated on a cozy European-style street within walking distance of many attractions. The dining experience was above average, with a good variety of options. Overall, a great value for the money.

7.0/10

I was on the 24th floor with a beautiful view of the skyline, but the fact that I booked through Booking led to additional charges. The window had an unmaintained roof, which was a downside. The service was very friendly and polite, although there were areas that needed improvement in customer service. The location was great for exploring the city center and dining options. The dining experience offered decent options but was a bit chaotic during peak hours. The hotel facilities were satisfactory with some areas needing attention.

The hotel's facilities were decent, but there were areas that could be improved for a better overall experience.
